Midwest Data Center (MDC) is excited to announce the acquisition of Spiral Communication’s southern network. On July 1st, 2020, MDC will begin providing your broadband and voice services as well as billing and customer support.
MDC has been providing broadband and voice services to several area communities since 2003 and recognizes the unique needs of rural areas. This is one of the many reasons why MDC is committed to substantially investing in upgrades resulting in greater capacity, network stability and improved customer service.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
You will not experience any disruption in services during this transition. Your account information and equipment will be transferred to our system and you will be assigned a new account number. Your first bill from MDC will arrive around July 1st, 2020. MDC bills in advance so the bill will actually be for services provided from July 1st through July 31st.
ACTION YOU MUST TAKE
If you currently have auto-pay set up on your account with Spiral, that information will need to be re-entered into our system. Please contact one of our Technology Solutions Specialists at 877-405-8070 and they will get you signed up for auto-pay. If you use bill pay through your bank, you will need to contact them and make the necessary changes.
Due to security reasons, your auto-pay information will not be transferred to MDC’s billing system.
